FAQ
What is a GOP?
A GOP is a Guarantee Of Payment. Is a written statement for a trustworthy party that costs for service are accepted. It is a legal "I owe you". We often ask for a GOP amount, which is basically the budget we can use to deliver you service.
What is Deposit?
Deposit is a prepaid amount of money which we can use to provide you service. It is the budget we are allowed to spent. After service, an invoice is made and the amount to pay is paid from your deposit. The unused amount of the deposit is then refunded back to your account or card.
How is service charged?
Service providers usually count hours and kms starting from their garage/workshop, to your breakdown location, and back to their garage/workshop. This is called "triangular calculation". It can be that service on spot took only one hour, but driving to your breakdown was one hour and one hour back.
What is "Case Handling Fee"?
Case handling fee is the fix administrative fee which we charge for any case we handle. The fee covers the time our employees are working on finding you a solution, the costs for our systems, licenses and all our backoffice costs. The case handling fee is non refundable and is also charged when you decide to cancel the case. The fee is fix. whether we work on your case for 2 minutes or 2 hours, the fee is always the same.
I cancelled the case. Are there any costs?
If you cancelled the case while we were already working on it, then we usually charge you our handling fee.
Can I pay in Zloty?
No, you have to pay in the currency which is on our invoice, which is usually in Euro.
Why don't you accept cases via phone
A phonecall sounds easy and quick, but it takes much more time to register a case. Also, we don't know who you are and we are lacking a written order, which makes it very diffult to us to proof that an authorized person in your company has ordered our services. That is why we ask you to order via our website or via your own email.
What languages do you support?
Our platform is supported by AI, allowing us to communicate in more than 14 languages in writing. We prefer communicating in writing so that all questions, answers and decisions are logged into our case.
What are your opening hours?
We are open 24/7 all days in the year.
Do you work in entire Europe?
We offer service in entire Europe. In some countries, we have no own network. There we use the services of colleagues in Breakdown Service, meaning that between you and the service are 2 different case handlers.
Why can't I get a price upfront?
We charge real costs. Real costs means that we charge the resources that has been used for the time they have been used. These costs can only be calculated after the job is done. We do work with estimates, but an estimate is always a motivated guess with margin for extra time or unexpected costs.
I am a private person and my car broke down. Can you help me?
Our business is focused on B2B (Business to Business), trucks and trailers. As a privat person, you cannot order service at our company.
I have a breakdown on the highway, what do i do?
Report your breakdown asap via our website or via email. Then make sure you give your driver our phone number and our case number. If police, authorities or towing services come on spot, have them to call us so we can inform what service has been arranged for.
What does it cost to have an account with you?
Nothing. Having an account with us is free of charge. We work "on demand" and "pay per use", which means that you only receive our invoice after you have ordered our services.
I received an invoice with VAT in Norway. Why?
Norway is not part of the EU. The reversed VAT procedure is not something that is supported in Norway. If you use our services in Norway, then you receive our invoice from our Norwegian office, with 25% Norwegian VAT charged over the costs. You can apply for VAT refund at the Norwegain Tax agency yourself, to which you use our original invoice.
